Natural Ways to take Care of Your Feet


We often have the habit of not paying heed to maintain healthy feet but that’s actually important! It’s your feet that bear the weight of your entire body and how much irresponsibly we are acting by not taking care of this essential section of the body.

And, using the same socks the next day would only mean making it prone to more of microbes and sweat. And, so it is advisable to change your socks regularly. It is better idea to use socks of synthetic fiber rather than wool or cotton.

4. Carefully cut the Toenail

Use nail clippers to cut your toenails carefully! You should cut the straight because cutting them at any angle can result into painful growth of toenails. Do not ever do the mistake of hiding pigmented nails under the nail color. It may be hiding an infection which needs to be treated.

5. Change your Shoes on alternate Days

Have at least two shoes that you can choose on alternate days! It will help in drying up your shoes properly and prevent any growth of microbes and such environment that can cause growth of microbes. And, make sure that right after using you are not keeping it into the shoe rack. Keep it in open so that it can dry properly.

If you are someone who have immense love for heals then you must be very careful as it may result in various long term ailments in the back, postures and knees. So, it is better if you can avoid it a little and reduces its uses it once or twice in a week. Making us of wider heels rather than stilettos is advisable.

7. Be cautious while buying shoes

Using ill-fitted shoes can result into various problems related to feet! Always try to buy your shoes in the afternoon time because that is the time when your feet are in the most expanded state. If the shoe is looking fit at that time, it means it’s the perfect size. Try to choose shoes that have broad and rounded front that will perfectly provide enough space to your toenails to move properly.
